Visit Agape Moms Smith County, TN with me! 🙋🏼‍♀️ This sweet group of women is celebrating 3️⃣ years together! 🎂 They gather in small, cozy living rooms but still reach a diverse group of moms across Smith County. 👭 While these moms attend different churches in the area, together they are on mission in their towns that needs authentic, gospel-shaped community. 🙏 God gave Sara Crowder a burden to reach her neighbors with the gospel and so she launched an Agape Moms chapter in her hometown of Cookeville 3 years ago. 📖 The stories overflowed the room when I visited last week, how they’ve prayed each other through hardships, faithfully studied the Word together, and showed up in the highs and lows of life. Laura DiLeonardi is the founder of Agape Moms, a national network of missional communities for mothers that launched in 2016. Laura is a writer, speaker and mobilizer of female disciple makers of all ages. She is also a student at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary working towards her MA in Christian Education. Laura is married to her Moody Bible Institute sweetheart, Matt since 2009 and they have three children, Jack, Selah and Lucy. In her free time she enjoys hiking with the family and good conversation over a cup of coffee.
