Agape Moms Tampa Bay Area Winter Kickoff!

Agape Moms in the Tampa Bay Area had a great winter kickoff today with lots of new mamas who are finding a tribe to navigate messy motherhood with, while bringing everything back to Jesus! Can’t wait to see this group continue to grow as they open another location next week in Valrico, FL in addition to Lithia, FL so that this group can continue to offer more empty seats for those who need a family of God or are wanting to explore Jesus for the first time.

Celebrating all Jesus is doing in raising up more leaders, and more disciples, who are making disciples as they live on mission in everyday, messy mom-life! I wish I could introduce you to the amazing servant leadership team of the Tampa Bay Area Agape Moms leaders! Katie, Lisa and Jessica meet weekly to pray, go over the study material, meet with women one on one to help them prepare their Jesus-centered stories and stay united with each other! Agape Moms is passionate about equipping every single mom to invest her gifts into this tribe, and then turn around and help others do the same. Thats what making disciples is all about!

I’m so excited for Jessica to be starting a brand new location in valrico, FL, NEXT WEEK while raising up another co-leader, and for Katie and Lisa to continue to be the gospel-shepherds at the Lithia, FL Agape Moms location. Every time we take a step of faith like this, it gives more space for God to move and for more people to step up into new servant leadership roles. And most importantly, it creates more empty seats for women to hear the gospel!

Jessica will remain as the director overseeing all of the Tampa area Agape Moms, while also leading the Valrico location. This is the same format that will be rolling out in Bonney Lake, WA, and is a great idea for any location where YOU might be thinking about how Agape Moms can work in your community. Staying small and family like is important, so you don’t need a large meeting space, just a home or a park. 

We have a video driven, scripture saturated training series already created for you on this website! This makes training up additional leaders easy because they can navigate the training in a self-led manner, and then circle back with you weekly to go over the discussion questions. This has served the Tampa Area Agape Moms very well, as well as women across the country who have used our training to inspire groups, and will also be used to train the new Bonney Lake, WA Agape Moms family network.
