Mission Minded Women's Conference

The Mission-Minded Women Conference was incredible! It’s hard to put into words what it’s like to pray and worship alongside so many unique women who are giving their lives for the sake of the gospel in very specific ways- in international prolife centers, human trafficking, adoption, cross cultural evangelism and so many more ways. It was a joy to make new friends and I look forward to the collaboration for the sake of the gospel going forward!

I had the honor of sharing about how God led me to start Agape Moms in the “dare to dream” portion of Friday night. I talked about how Agape Moms was born and how it begins with a burden, taking many leaps of faith and doing it scared!

On Saturday I taught two workshops on establishing a women’s ministry culture of life-on-life, self-multiplying discipleship as well as a workshop on launching an Agape Moms or missional community in your current context.

What a beautiful weekend focused on the great commission and giving our lives for it, no matter how hard it is or what we lose, because He is worthy!

This is such a special picture of women that illustrates how God used his people to accomplish his purposes! Aria (center) came to Agape Moms In 2022 and then when she moved, she started an Agape Moms in Lawrenceburg in 2023 and brought some of those gals to this conference! Hope and Amanda (top left) came to Agape Moms last year and later trusted Christ at our women’s retreat that Ann (left) was the speaker of while Devin (right) led a worship song. They were later baptized at the Journey Church! This weekend we gathered to seek the Lord about how we each can continue to share the gospel and make disciples for the glory of God!
